How do I place an order?+
Open the product page for the shoe you want, choose your size, and tap "Order by Email". Your email app opens with the model, colour, size and quantity already filled in — just add your delivery address and send it to Wrestlingshoeshome@gmail.com.
Is there an automatic checkout?+
No. Every order is handled by email so we can confirm the exact pair, your size and the total, including shipping, before you pay anything.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?+
It depends on your country and the shipping method you choose. Send us your delivery address with your order and we reply with the available options, the cost and the estimated delivery time before payment.
Is the shoe I want in stock?+
Availability changes, so we confirm it with you by email when you place your order. If the pair or your size is unavailable we tell you straight away and suggest alternatives.
How do I choose the right size?+
Wrestling shoes are meant to fit snug. Our size guide converts US, EU and UK sizes and gives foot length in centimetres. If you are between sizes, email us your usual shoe size and foot length and we will advise.
What is your return policy?+
Email us and we confirm the return address, the deadline that applies to your order and who pays return shipping. Shoes must come back unworn and in their original packaging. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
What if my order arrives damaged or is the wrong item?+
Email Wrestlingshoeshome@gmail.com with photos within a few days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
