How to return or exchange a pair, step by step.
Before you order
Because every order is confirmed by email, you can ask us anything about fit, colour or condition before paying. Ask first — it is the easiest way to avoid a return.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email Wrestlingshoeshome@gmail.com with the name the order was placed under and the shoe you received.
- Tell us whether you want a different size, a different pair, or a refund.
- We reply with the return address and confirm the return deadline and any shipping costs that apply to your order.
- Send the shoes back, then let us know the shipment is on the way.
Condition of returned items
Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original packaging with any tags still attached. Try them on indoors on a clean surface — shoes that have been used on a mat or outdoors can no longer be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned pair, we confirm the refund by email and issue it using the same payment method you used to pay. Your bank or payment provider may take extra days to show the money in your account.
Wrong or damaged items
If the pair you received is not the pair you ordered, or arrived damaged, email us photos within a few days of delivery and we will sort out a replacement or a refund.
